In MIchel's Restaurant I have decided to create something new in the food and restaurant industry , my establishment will be a Haitian restaurant  that not only makes different variations of home-style Haitian Caribbean dishes but also serves up some of the most popular and favorite eats. This new style of cooking will bring the greatness of Haitian traditions; it will highlight the different techniques used in Haitian Caribbean cooking and introduce a more formal way of enjoying it.  My restaurant will be located in Brooklyn NY at 963 Nostrand Ave.; there I will have a great position to attract all the right people. Here at Michel's we strive to please our costumers pallets. We come with the greatest ingredients, best recipes, and served with the best service in town. This restaurant is a family own buissness, so expect to recieve some tremendous service in a warm peaceful environment.
